Chad Lariscy was born and raised in Blue Ridge and residing in Blairsville now for over 20 years, and he is definitely no stranger to life in the North Georgia mountains. His knowledge of the area, as well as his background in real estate, make him an excellent team owner, leader, and motivator of The Mountain Life Team. Chad primarily works with sellers as a Listing Specialist where he utilizes his heavy marketing skills to sell your home. He has been enjoying the challenges and competition of the real estate market for almost 15 years as a licensed agent. One of the greatest joys he receives from this business is the lifelong friendships that are made and knowing that he helped to make people’s mountain life dreams come true.

Before Chad worked in real estate, he was the owner of a 70-year-old family-run furniture, appliance, and lighting company in Blue Ridge. This along with his experience in building cabins and developing helped him gain knowledge in the real estate business as well. Knowing that he enjoyed homes and people, Chad felt that real estate would be a perfect fit for him. He also believes in being very active in the community. He was a Charter Member for the Blue Ridge Rotary Club, where he received the Rotarian of the Year award as well as became a Paul Harris Fellow. He is currently serving as President-elect on the Northeast Georgia Board of REALTORS. The Mountain Life Team also serves as members of the Gilmer, Fannin, Union, and Towns County Chambers of Commerce.

Chad has been married to Kristi for over 25 years! They have 3 children…Madison (24), Bryson (20), and Kaden (13 – Bonus Baby). He and his family are very active in church and strive each day to live a God-centered life. Chad enjoys spending time with his family in many ways including coaching his children’s ball teams. Playing golf is an activity that he thoroughly enjoys as well. He truly sees real estate as something he loves, therefore, being with his customers gives him great satisfaction.
